INFRASTRUCTURE & MANUFACTURING FACILITIES

GTS Controls & Energy Systems Pvt. Ltd. operates from Thane, an established industrial hub located in close proximity to Mumbai. The facility supports the company’s core functions across engineering design, project execution, manufacturing and product development.

We maintain an approximately 1,500 sq. ft. office space dedicated to sales coordination, system design and project management activities. This workspace enables close collaboration between engineering, sales and project teams to ensure that customer requirements are translated effectively into technical solutions.

In addition, we operate a 6,500 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Kolshet, Thane, where fabrication, assembly and integration of combustion systems, burner components and project assemblies are carried out. The facility supports the production of customized solutions and enables efficient coordination between design and manufacturing functions.

To support product development and performance validation, we also have an R&D facility equipped with a test furnace in Thane. Its setup allows our team to evaluate combustion performance, test system configurations and refine product designs under controlled conditions before deployment in industrial environments.

Together, these facilities enable our company to manage design, manufacturing and testing processes with greater control, thereby helping us deliver reliable combustion systems and engineered solutions for industrial applications.
